In particular, the extreme speed and long-term continuous operation of the machine will cause greater damage to the paper gripper row teeth and the left and right gauge paper guide wheel springs. Under the condition of long-term high-speed operation, the repeated movement of the tooth piece and spring will produce higher temperature and cause metal fatigue. In this way, the rigidity of the tooth piece and the elasticity of the spring decrease, resulting in insufficient pressure on the paper gripper, resulting in inaccurate positioning of the print in the front gauge position

in order to avoid inaccurate overprinting caused by the decline of the accuracy of the bronzing machine and die-cutting machine, the equipment should be used reasonably, and the machine should not be allowed to run continuously and at extreme speed 24 hours a day. The speed limit should be set according to the factory capacity of the machine. Keep the machine stationary when unprocessed products; At ordinary times, all parts of the machine should be lubricated, and the paper teeth of the tooth row and the paper guide wheel spring should be regularly maintained

problem 2: the machine is not adjusted properly

in the process of hot stamping and die cutting, the paper holding pressure of the paper holding teeth is too small to hold the paper edge, and the paper slips during stamping; The opening and closing actions of the paper feeding teeth and its jaws are out of order, and some parts of the paper feeding system are out of order, so that the paper feeding is not in place or; Excessive force will lead to inaccurate overprint. Therefore, attention should be paid to the size of the paper taking pressure and the paper taking amount when adjusting, especially the pressure of each paper pressing wheel of the paper feeding system. problem 3. Paper deformation

there are two kinds of paper deformation:

1. Paper cutting is not standard, and there are beveled edges or wavy edges. Therefore, we must ensure that the cut paper reaches right angles and straight edges; Don't knock the edge of the paper repeatedly when cutting, so as not to cause waves

2. The moisture content of the paper is unstable. It is mainly shown that in some processes requiring heating, such as UV curing, printing drying, hot stamping heating, oil drying, etc., the water content of the paper occurs, and the sample size is small to the diameter φ After adding the test piece, release the gold wire of 0.005mm to change. In order to avoid the paper deformation caused by the change of water content, each process should be handed over in time, and the retention time should not be too long. At the same time, certain protective measures should be taken to prevent the natural loss of water in the paper, such as using protective film for protection. And maintain the balance between the temperature and humidity of the workshop and the moisture content of the paper. For the water loss of paper caused by heating in special process, it should be compensated by adjusting the temperature and humidity to restore the water content of paper to the original standard state
